• All Ticket Sales Final: Once tickets are purchased, they are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

• Event Cancellations/Rescheduling: In the unlikely event of a cancellation or significant rescheduling of the event, we will make every effort to notify ticket holders promptly. If the event is canceled, you will be eligible for a refund. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date, and no refund will be issued.

• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please treat your tickets like cash and keep them in a safe place. Duplicate tickets may not be issued under any circumstances.

• Transferability: Tickets are generally transferable, allowing you to give them to someone else if you are unable to attend the event. However, please note that any resale or unauthorized transfer of tickets may result in their cancellation without refund.

• Event Details and Changes: Event details, including the date, time, venue, and performers, are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of any significant changes, but it is ultimately the responsibility of ticket holders to stay updated regarding event details.

• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure situations such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations, which may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the event, we shall not be held liable for any refunds or compensation beyond what is required by applicable laws and regulations.

• Electronic Ticket Transfer: Our tickets are delivered electronically through Ticketmaster. If you need to transfer your tickets to another person, you can do so conveniently and securely through the Ticketmaster platform.

• Ticketmaster Account: To receive a ticket transfer, you must have a valid Ticketmaster account. If you don't have one, you will be prompted to create an account during the transfer process.

• Ticket Transfer Process:  The recipient will receive an email notification with event details and instructions on how to accept the transferred tickets.

• Transfer Restrictions: Please note that ticket transfers may have certain restrictions, depending on the event or the organizer's policies. These restrictions may include limitations on the number of transfers allowed or specific transfer deadlines. • Transfer Accountability: Should you transfer your tickets to someone else, you will no longer have access to those tickets. The recipient will become the new ticket holder and assume all rights and responsibilities associated with the tickets, including entry to the event and any applicable terms and conditions.

• Unauthorized Transfer: Unauthorized ticket transfers, such as selling or scalping tickets at inflated prices, are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the tickets without refund. We encourage all ticket transfers to be conducted in compliance with our transfer policy and the laws and regulations governing ticket sales in your jurisdiction.
